Kung Hey Fat Choi!

Wanting to always be politically correct… and because Hong Kong can’t make up their mind, (according to all the banners and signs around town) I feel it’s only appropriate to say Happy Lunar New Year… Year of the Goat, Ram, Sheep or Lamb!  You decide.
