I’ve not done this before.  This post has nothing to do with Hong Kong,  just me.

An author, poet, scholar, activist, actress, singer…    Dr. Maya Angelou, my inspiration and mentor, died today.

When learning of this earlier today, my mind immediately filled with some of her words of wisdom.  Words that are as much a part of me as anything can be.  She was full of herself, which inspired me most.
